Nomagic, a Warsaw-based leader in AI-powered robotics, has secured $44 million in its latest funding round, announced on February 26, 2025, marking a pivotal moment in its mission to transform warehouse automation. The investment, led by the Venture Capital arm of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), with participation from returning investors Khosla Ventures and Almaz Capital, plus venture debt from the European Investment Bank (EIB), will fuel Nomagic’s expansion across Europe over the next two years. The company plans to scale deployments, targeting a multiplication of sites with over 10 robots, and further advance its AI and robotics technology, building on recent breakthroughs in multimodal models. Nomagic’s solutions, like the justPick and justInduct robots, streamline picking, packing, and sorting tasks, serving industries such as fashion, pharmaceuticals, and groceries with clients including Apo.com, Asos, and Fiege.
The funding reflects Nomagic’s surging momentum, with a 220% growth in contracted Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in 2024 and a projected 200% increase in 2025, driven by rising demand for automation amid labor shortages and efficiency needs. By integrating advanced AI with off-the-shelf robotic hardware, Nomagic offers scalable, flexible systems that reduce operational costs and enhance productivity, positioning it as a frontrunner in the $31 billion warehouse automation market. CEO Kacper Nowicki emphasized that this capital will solidify Nomagic’s role as the go-to partner for major retailers and logistics providers seeking high-performing robotic systems at scale.
